Harbert House is a four-bedroom townhome in a quiet Evanston neighborhood. Harbert Park is a five-minute walk. There are cafés and groceries nearby.
The house is bright and open — white walls, oak floors, and a living room large enough for everyone to sit down at once. It runs across three floors, so a group of nine isn't on top of each other. Every bedroom has hotel-quality bedding and blackout curtains, and there are two desks if you need to work.
